Get Started
WHERE DO I START?
To access insurance-covered Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, a current autism (F84.0) diagnosis from a licensed MD, PhD, PsyD, psychologist, or neurologist is required, along with, in some cases, a prescription for ABA services. If your diagnostic report is over two years old, your insurance provider may require an updated recommendation or prescription for ABA therapy.
If your child has not yet received a diagnosis and requires an evaluation, please contact us for a referral to a licensed professional who can conduct a clinical diagnostic evaluation.
WHAT WILL I NEED?
To be considered for ABA services, you will need:
Current Psychological Evaluation With Autism Diagnosis
Front/Back Copy Of Current Insurance Card
Completed Intake Documentation

WHAT WILL ABA LOOK LIKE FOR MY CHILD?
Upon receiving prior authorization from your insurance provider, a certified professional will conduct a comprehensive assessment of your child’s behavioral and academic needs to develop a tailored treatment plan and programming. This individualized plan will include a recommended number of service hours, typically ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week, to support your child in achieving their goals.
WHO WILL BE WORKING WITH MY CHILD?
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will be assigned to oversee your child’s comprehensive treatment plan. The program will be implemented by a dedicated team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), all of whom are certified in CPR and trained in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) with advanced skills.
DO YOU HAVE A WAITING LIST?
