OUR SERVICES

  • ABA THERAPY

BC Behavioral collaborates with each family to create a tailored schedule for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services that seamlessly integrates into their daily routine. Our dedicated staff provide services in various settings, including the client’s home, school, clinic, and community environments. Conducting therapy in the home fosters skill acquisition in the setting where the child spends the majority of their time, enhancing the application of newly learned skills. To promote skill generalization and retention, ABA therapy is delivered across the child’s natural environments whenever feasible. We encourage active participation from family members, siblings, and peers to further support the client’s ability to generalize skills.

Community-based activities may include playdates, grocery store visits, birthday parties, and outings to zoos, parks, museums, and other enriching locations.

  • ACADEMIC TUTORING

BC Behavioral employs evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to deliver personalized academic tutoring, fostering classroom confidence and a positive learning environment. Our individualized approach empowers students to develop essential study and organizational skills, promoting academic and lifelong success.

  • IN SCHOOL CONSULTATIONS

BC Behavioral partners with local school districts to deliver expert Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) consultation and supervision services under district contracts. Our BCBAs provide specialized support, including Functional Behavior Assessments, professional development, behavior coaching, behavior intervention plans, and Individualized Education Program (IEP) assistance. Our highly trained technicians, certified in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI), offer one-on-one support for students exhibiting challenging behaviors, employing evidence-based verbal and nonverbal techniques to de-escalate and manage difficult situations effectively.

We also provide IEP support to guide parents through the complexities of special education processes, advocating for their rights under federal and state laws, such as the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Collaborating closely with IEP teams, we ensure skill generalization across all client environments.

These services are district-funded, not insurance-based, and available in multiple school districts. To determine eligibility or discuss your child’s needs, please contact us for personalized guidance.

  • PARENT CONSULTATIONS

BC Behavioral provides in-home parent training to address real-world scenarios, equipping parents with evidence-based tools to support their child’s learning and development. Caregivers are trained in behavior analytic strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and repetitive patterns commonly associated with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We encourage parents, siblings, grandparents, and other caregivers to consistently apply these principles, fostering greater skill acquisition, growth, and generalization across the child’s environments.
